Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or cancellation without refund.<br \/>3.2 Players must follow all game rules and staff instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.<br \/>3.3 Enigma Escape is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during the game.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">4. Age &amp; Liability<\/span><\/strong><br \/>4.1 Players under <strong>[12] years old<\/strong> must be accompanied by an adult.<br \/>4.2 Enigma Escape is not liable for any personal injury or damages resulting from participation.<br \/>4.3 Participants assume all risks related to the escape room experience.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">5. Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/span><\/strong><br \/>5.1 All bookings are final. Refunds are only issued in the case of event cancellations by Enigma Escape.<br \/>5.2 Reschedules are allowed with at least <strong>[1] day<\/strong> notice. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">6. Intellectual Property<\/span><\/strong><br \/>6.1 All content on the website, including game concepts, designs, and media, is the property of Enigma Escape.<br \/>6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">7.
