2.Booking & Payments
2.1 All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized platforms.
2.2 Payments are required at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least [1] day in advance.
2.4 We accept the following payment methods:

• QR Code Payment (E-Wallets & Online Banking)
• Billplz (Online Banking & FPX)

3.Game Rules & Conduct
3.1 Participants must arrive [10] minutes before their scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or cancellation without refund.
3.2 Players must follow all game rules and staff instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
3.3 Enigma Escape is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during the game.

4. Age & Liability
4.1 Players under [12] years old must be accompanied by an adult.
4.2 Enigma Escape is not liable for any personal injury or damages resulting from participation.
4.3 Participants assume all risks related to the escape room experience.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 All bookings are final. Refunds are only issued in the case of event cancellations by Enigma Escape.
5.2 Reschedules are allowed with at least [1] day notice. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the website, including game concepts, designs, and media, is the property of Enigma Escape.
6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law.
